Sandwiches come with chips & pickle and are made with ¼ pound of Boars Head brand meats and provolone, swiss or american cheese. Cheddar & chevre are our own made at our farm just up the road at the Farmstead at Mine Brook.

All sauces and dijons used in our sandwiches can be purchased in our gift shop. We are proud to offer Boar’s Head meats & cheeses by the pound and Goat Rising and Jersey Maid Artisanal cheeses by the wedge or wheel!
